The retreats are intentionally calm and small-scale, with space for privacy, rest and individual experience.
The retreats are not built around intensity or performance.

Yes.
Many women come alone and have little or no previous experience with retreats, nervous system work or body-oriented guidance.
The retreats are accessible precisely because they are calm, personal and carefully guided.

Within this work, body, nervous system, emotions and energy are not seen as separate.
Some women primarily experience physical exhaustion or health complaints, while others notice emotional overload, lack of direction or chronic tension. Often these layers are connected.
Programme & Guidance
The rhythm of the retreat is calm and spacious.
The days include nourishing meals, bodywork, gentle movement, rest, nature and personal guidance where needed.
There is no overloaded schedule or pressure to constantly participate.

The retreat is not about performance or completing a programme.
Everything is offered as support, while respecting what your body needs in the moment.
Yes.
Meals are prepared carefully and dietary requirements or allergies can be discussed beforehand.
Practical Information
Accommodation, meals, guidance, body-based sessions and treatments included within your retreat type are all included.
Flights are not included.
For the VIP retreat, airport transfer is included
Transfer is included.and will be arranged on forehand.
In some cases this is possible, depending on availability.

Rooms & Investment
Yes.
Every participant stays in a private room with a private bathroom.
Depending on the retreat, there are Standard, Comfort and Premium rooms available.

It is possible to join together with a friend, sister or partner in the same retreat week, provided the setting remains aligned and balanced.
This is always discussed beforehand.
Dates & Availability
All current retreat dates, room availability and investments can be found on the retreats page.
Retreat weeks are confirmed with sufficient participants.
Should a retreat period not continue, an alternative option will always be discussed in time.
Payment & Cancellation
In some cases, payment in instalments is possible.
This can be discussed during the booking process.
The cancellation and rescheduling policy is shared before booking confirmation and can also be requested personally.
Preparation & Travel
You will receive practical preparation information before arrival.
In general, it is recommended to create as much rest and space as possible in the days leading up to the retreat.
Most participants fly to Lisbon Airport.
